A “negative calorie” food offers the body lesser calories compare to the amount of calories needed to digest the food itself although, they contain lots of nutrients and vitamins. Whole and natural food items with little sugar and high amounts of fiber are foods with negative calorie content. Generally, the best way to improve your body metabolism, is by including fruits and vegetables in your daily meal. This also helps balances blood sugar levels, cleanse the liver, improve digestion and improve the general health of the body. Try as much as possible to eat these foods raw. Leave them unprocessed and as uncooked as possible. Avoid saucing them with fatty dressings.
