Lemon-Turmeric Health Drink

200 ml warm water
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/4-1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1 tablespoon agave nectar or honey (optional)

Squeeze out lemon juice into a mug. Add turmeric and warm water and stir well. You can choose to add agave or honey and stir. Turmeric is not completely soluble in water and tends to fall to the bottom of the mug. Stirring occasionally keeps turmeric preeminent.
